Program Overview:
The Tuluvi Arts Training Program guides participants through a holistic and transformative journey, weaving together ancient energetic practices, mindful self-inquiry, sound and vibrational work, creative expansion and conscious living principles.
Over six months, participants will:
Cultivate deep awareness of their personal energy and how it interacts with their environment.
Learn and embody foundational Qi Gong movements and breathwork techniques to enhance physical vitality, emotional balance, and energetic sensitivity.
Explore the power of sound and vibration, integrating toning and meditation for energetic alignment.
Engage in intentional self-inquiry to identify, release, and transform limiting beliefs and identities, uncovering a deeper sense of their authentic self.
Discover and clarify their unique energy signature, learning to express and maintain it confidently in everyday interactions.
Awaken true principles of creativity and its applications artistically and in everyday living.
Master principles of conscious co-creation, understanding how their energetic presence shapes interactions, environments, and personal outcomes.
Course Structure:
Foundational Phase (Months 1–3): Establish core practices and awareness, building a solid energetic foundation.
Week 1: Introduction to the Three Harmonies (Body, Breath, Awareness) and developing energetic coherence.
Week 2: Discovering personal energy, sensing subtle shifts, and developing the lower dan tian.
Week 3: Exploring perception, reality, and vibrational sensitivity, recognizing energetic cues.
Week 4: Understanding energy exchange and interaction, learning to manage personal energy.
Week 5: Exploring the power of sound and resonance to activate internal resonance and shift energy.
Weeks 6 & 7: Deepening the exploration of sound with mantra practice to stabilize the mind and clear blockages.
Week 8: Integrating sound and vibration practices into a cohesive energy cultivation practice.
Week 9: Cultivating presence and awareness in every moment, anchoring with breath and senses.
Weeks 10 & 11: Refining energy expression and creativity through rhythm, movement, and intuitive allowance.
Week 12: Integration, reflection, and open dialogue to conclude the foundation phase.
Exploratory Phase (Months 4–5): Deepen self-inquiry, clarify the authentic self, and consciously create and apply energetic skills in real-world scenarios.
Integration & Celebration Phase (Month 6): Reflect on the journey, demonstrate mastery, establish personal sustainable practices, and celebrate growth and transformation.
