Family, friends and others who meet me with real depth, refer to me by terms such as a “mystic poet”, “interdisciplinary artist”, “spiritual teacher”, “qi gong teacher” etc. Though on bios and promos I must use these titles, I often refer to myself in conversation as simply “a guide”. I guide people (and environments) into energetic balance and soul remembrance.

For almost three decades I have immersed myself in experiential metaphysical study, energy cultivation, creative arts and the diverse life lessons that traveling the world provides. My work naturally weaves together the ancient African and African-American spiritual practices, along with Asiatic esoteric practices and inter-dimensional metaphysics, to support individual spiritual expansion.
